Abstract:
A power system monitoring device, according to the present invention, that assumes a power flow state of a power system, the power system monitoring device comprising: an input unit for inputting a reliability index; a system parameter database for storing a system parameter; a state estimation cross-section database for storing a state estimation cross-section; a prediction information database for storing prediction information on power supply and demand; a variable/constant class database for storing a variable/constant class for a factor of the power system; a severe foreseen power flow cross-section generation unit for using the reliability index, the system parameter, the state estimation cross-section, the prediction information, and the variable/constant class to generate a severe foreseen power flow cross-section and a reliability index value; a severe foreseen power flow cross-section database for storing the severe foreseen power flow cross-section and the reliability index value; a display unit for displaying the severe foreseen power flow cross-section and the reliability index value; and an output unit for outputting the severe foreseen power flow cross-section and the reliability index value.
