Provided is a circuit breaker, in particular a power taking mechanism of a test device inside the circuit breaker. The following technical solutions are used: a power taking mechanism of a test device of a circuit breaker, characterized in that: a first extension arm (51) of a torsion spring (5) abuts against and is provided on a first end (41) of a push rod (4), and a second end (42) of the push rod (4) and a movable contact mounting base (7) of the circuit breaker are correspondingly provided; the movable contact mounting base (7) rotates to drive the push rod (4) to move; a notch (61) is provided on the upper side edge of a trip unit magnetic yoke (6) of the circuit breaker, and the first extension arm (51) of the torsion spring (5) is located at the notch (61); after the circuit breaker is switched off, the movable contact mounting base (7) pushes the push rod (4) to move the compression torsion spring (5) so that the first extension arm (51) of the torsion spring (5) is separated from the magnetic yoke (6). By using the solution, the problem existing in the prior art is overcome, and a test device power taking mechanism which can achieve no power taking after the circuit breaker is switched off is provided no matter how to wire.
