Abstract:
This power transmission mechanism is provided with: a power adjustment unit (13) to which a power (T) is applied and with which the power transmission efficiency can be changed; and a drive member (11) that passes through a joint unit, connects an end effector and the power adjustment unit (13), and transmits the power (T), wherein the power adjustment unit (13) converts the power (T) through a rotational force (T) to a linear force (F), and increases the conversion efficiency from the power (T) to the linear force (F) so that the increase amount of the power transmission efficiency becomes larger as the displacement amount of the drive member (11) increases due to the displacement of the drive member (11) accompanying bending or curving of the joint unit.
