Abstract:
Provided is a power transmission unit and power system, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, comprising: an input shaft connected to a drive shaft of an internal combustion engine; an output shaft connected to a driven device in a power transmittable manner; a transmission mechanism connecting the input shaft and the output shaft; and a motor generator having a rotary shaft connected through the transmission mechanism to the input shaft and the output shaft. The motor generator, when viewed from the axial direction of the input shaft, is arranged in an outer radial direction crossing the axial direction with respect to the input shaft.
