Abstract:
A practice guidance provision device (4) receives clock time information from a user terminal (2) when a prescribed trigger operation is performed on said user terminal (2). On the basis of questionnaire answer information transmitted to the user terminal (2), a condition unfitness degree of the user at the present time is calculated. On the basis of recorded self-check information of the user, a cumulative condition unfitness degree of the user is calculated. Then, on the basis of the user's present condition unfitness degree and the user's cumulative condition unfitness degree, multiple candidates of practice guidance information to be provided to the user are determined. On the basis of the clock time information and practice feedback information recorded in the past, practice guidance information to be provided to the user is determined from among said multiple candidates of practice guidance information.
