Abstract:
This pre-coated steel sheet comprises: a steel sheet; a plating layer containing zinc and one or more of vanadium and zirconium, on at least one surface of the steel sheet; and a coating formed directly above the plating layer, and containing a cured product of a butylated melamine resin and a binder resin having an OH group, and having a glass transmission temperature which falls within the range of 25°C to 80°C.
