Abstract:
A pre-embed device for an electromechanical pipeline support hanger. The pre-embed device comprises a shell (0) provided with a through hole, wherein the shell (0) comprises a head end (2), a connecting portion (3) and a fixed end (4); through holes located in the connecting portion (3) and the fixed end (4) have the same hole diameter, and the hole diameter of a through hole located in the head end (2) is greater than the hole diameter of the through hole located in the connecting portion (3); a sleeve (5) is arranged in the through hole of the head end (2), and a threaded hole (51) in communication with the inner through hole of the shell (0) is formed in the sleeve (5); a cover plate (1) covers the head end (2); a connector (6) is connected to the shell (0) and the cover plate (1), and one end of the connector (6) passes through the shell (0). After a pre-embed point is determined, the pre-embed device is fixed to a formwork by means of the connector passing through the shell, and then concrete is poured; and after the poured concrete dries, the formwork can be directly disassembled, so that the electromechanical pipeline construction efficiency can be improved, the damage rate and the repair rate of pre-embedded pipelines in a floor slab are reduced, and indoor dust pollution caused by expansion bolt construction can also be avoided.
