Abstract:
This pre-fetch controller is disposed on a processor and comprises: a pre-fetch amount comparison unit (601) that compares an average command consumption amount preset for each of a plurality of threads and a pre-fetch amount at the present point in time; and a priority ranking change unit (602) that, on the basis of the comparison results of the pre-fetch amount comparison unit (601), raises the pre-fetch priority ranking of a thread for which the pre-fetch amount is relatively lacking.
