Abstract:
A pre-filled stuffing work apparatus for stuffed tofu, which comprises an upper half mold (1), a lower half mold (3), and a bearing base (4); the upper half mold (1) and the lower half mold (3) each comprise a frame enclosure (11, 34), so as to respectively define an upper hollow area (10) and a lower hollow area (30) which vertically allow passage; a top flange (12) of the upper half mold (1) and a bottom flange (13) of the upper half mold (1) are respectively provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves (121) and second positioning grooves (131); the bottom of a liftable upper cover plate (2) and a top flange (31) of the lower half mold (3) are respectively provided with a plurality of first positioning pins (21) and second positioning pins (311); the upper half mold (1) and the liftable upper cover plate (2) as well as the lower half mold (3) and the upper half mold (1) separately form a disassembleable and accurately positioned combination by means of tight matching of the first positioning pins (21) with the first positioning grooves (121), and the second positioning pins (311) with the second positioning grooves (131), respectively; the upper cover plate (2) is provided with a gas exhaust opening (23) and an upper cover stuffing input opening (20) in communication with the upper hollow area (10); the bottom of the upper cover plate (2) is provided with a shaping column unit (22), and the bottom of the bearing base (4) is provided with a readied stuffing ejection base (5); a protruding rod (51) is arranged at the bottom of the readied stuffing ejection base (5), and a spring (511) is sleeved at an outer edge of the protruding rod (51), so as to convenience elastic push-out work after stuffing (7) has been readied and sterilized at a high temperature, which facilitates demolding; and a plurality of ejection blocks (52) corresponding to the shaping column unit (22) and having an inverted shape are provided at the top of the readied stuffing ejection base(5).
