Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a pre-foamed material and a preparation method therefor, a foamed material and a foaming device thereof, a modified polymer, and related uses thereof. The pre-foamed material comprises a modified polymer, wherein the modified polymer has a first structural unit derived from an unsaturated monomer, and an end of the molecular chain of the modified polymer is terminated with a crystalline thermoplastic resin. The modified polymer contained in the pre-foamed material has a new structure, which has low stereoregularity, a wide melting range, and a long relaxation time; the pre-foamed material is suitable for being foamed via a supercritical foaming method to prepare a foamed material; moreover, the foamed material is not prone to delamination, has a high closed cell ratio, a low water absorption rate, and good mechanical performance.
