Abstract:
This pre-treatment device is provided with a dehumidification tower capable of removing moisture from exhaust gas. The dehumidification tower has a moisture adsorbent capable of adsorbing moisture, an acidic gas adsorbent capable of adsorbing acidic gas, and a dehumidification container in which the moisture adsorbent and the acidic gas adsorbent are loaded. The moisture adsorbent is loaded in a position closer to a second port side, from which the exhaust gas can flow out, than the acidic gas adsorbent in the dehumidification container. The moisture adsorbent is an adsorbent which contains alumina. The acidic gas adsorbent is an adsorbent which contains silica but does not contain alumina, or an adsorbent which contains silica and alumina at an (Si/Al) molar ratio of greater than 2.5.
