Abstract:
A precast production method, comprising the following steps: S1. closing a mold (1); S2. placing the closed mold (1) on a fixed roller section (42), and conveying same to a lifting/lowering roller section (41) by means of the fixed roller section (42); S3. a lifting/lowering mechanism (414) driving the lifting/lowering roller section (41) to fall to a position lower than the fixed roller section (42) so that both ends of the mold (1) are supported on two vibration tables (31); S4. first moving a material distribution vehicle (22) to align with the mold (1), and then starting a vibration motor (34) to inject a material into the mold (1) while vibrating; S5. after material injection is completed, a vibration mechanism (3) stopping vibrating, the lifting/lowering mechanism (414) driving the lifting/lowering roller section (41) to rise to be flush with the fixed roller section (42) so that the mold (1) is supported on the lifting/lowering roller section (41), a roller driving mechanism (413) driving a roller of the lifting/lowering roller section (41) to convey the mold (1) to the fixed roller section (42) in rolling fashion, then the fixed roller section (42) conveying the mold (1) to the outside, and a forklift being used to transport the mold (1) to a curing kiln for curing; and S6, after the curing is completed, opening the mold (1) and demolding a precast finished product. The precast production method is simple in operation, simple in used equipment, and high in production efficiency.
