The subject matter disclosed in the present specification relates to a precast wall structure and, more specifically, to a precast wall structure having reinforced resistance to pouring pressure when concrete is poured between precast walls. One embodiment of the disclosed subject matter provides a precast wall structure in a premanufactured state, which is provided in the vertical direction on foundation concrete so as to form a wall, and which comprises: a first panel formed of a precast concrete panel; a second panel formed of the precast concrete panel, and disposed to be spaced a preset distance apart in the horizontal direction from the first panel and face same; a plurality of panel-connection horizontal fixing bars, each having one end buried in the first panel and the other end buried in the second panel so as to be provided in the horizontal direction; and truss cross-reinforcements which cross each other in an X shape between the panel-connection horizontal fixing bars that are spaced preset distances apart in the vertical direction so as to connect an upper panel-connection horizontal fixing bar and a lower panel-connection horizontal fixing bar.
