Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is precise paving equipment for mechanized cross-track construction of a prefabricated component. The paving equipment comprises a walking chassis, a supporting gantry, a track frame, hoisting equipment, a cover taking suction cup and a rotary conveying arm. According to the paving equipment in the embodiments, a railway ancillary facility prefabricated component is first taken from a front end by means of the hoisting equipment, the railway ancillary facility prefabricated component is transported and stored to a middle transfer storage area of the walking chassis, then the railway ancillary facility prefabricated component located in the middle transfer storage area is hoisted to the rotary conveying arm by means of the cover taking suction cup, and finally the railway ancillary facility prefabricated component is conveyed to the end of the rotary conveying arm distant from the walking chassis by means of the rotary conveying arm. According to the present invention, optimized design is performed on the cover paving process, so that continuity of a mechanized construction process of a cover paving apparatus, the accuracy of the construction precision, and the controllability of the construction quality are achieved.
