Abstract:
A precise temperature-measurement structure, comprising a metal body (1) to be subjected to measurement, a temperature measurement probe (4) and a contact tube (3), wherein said metal body (1) is provided with a hole (2) for temperature measurement; the contact tube (3) is tightly fitted and mounted in the hole (2) for temperature measurement in said metal body (1), and a gap between an outer side of the contact tube (3) and an inner wall of the hole (2) for temperature measurement in said metal body (1) is controlled to be no more than 0.05 mm; the temperature measurement probe (4) is tightly fitted and mounted in the contact tube (3), and a gap between an inner wall of the contact tube (3) and an outer side of the temperature measurement probe (4) is controlled to be no more than 0.2 mm; and the contact tube (3) is made of silver. The precise temperature-measurement structure uses soft and stable high-purity silver as a medium to perform temperature measurement, the inner wall of the hole (2) for temperature measurement in said metal body (1) finally precisely conducts the temperature to an outer circle of the temperature measurement probe (4) via the contact tube (3) made of silver, and the contact tube (3) made of silver precisely transmits the temperature. Moreover, the present invention has a durable and stable structure, and is environmentally friendly to use.
