Abstract:
Provided is a precisely controlled arsenic trioxide sublimating purification furnace using a low-melting point alloy as a floatation body, which comprises a low-melting point alloy furnace groove (1), a plurality of rotating rakes (2) and a gas-collecting hood (3), wherein a feed hopper (8) and an end head guide plate (9) are arranged in a inclined manner on an inner wall of the low-melting point alloy furnace groove (1), a bottom part is provided with a plurality of heating elements (5) with heating temperatures successively increasing from 150℃ to 480℃ from a front part to a rear part of the furnace groove, and the gas-collecting hood (3) is arranged on the furnace groove (1) and covers the rotating rakes (2). The rotating rakes (2), when rotating in the counter clockwise direction, drive low-melting point alloy liquid (7) in the groove to move towards the rear part of the furnace groove, and powdery arsenic-containing dust materials, after being added from the feed hopper (8), fall onto a liquid surface of the low-melting point alloy liquid (7), and move towards the rear part of the furnace groove with the movement of the low-melting point alloy liquid (7), a chloride and an arsenic-containing compound successively sublimated from the powdery arsenic-containing dust materials are collected through steam discharging ports successively arranged on the gas-collecting hood (3), and the closer to the boiling point of arsenic trioxide, the higher the purity of the volatilized arsenic trioxide, thereby achieving the aim of controlling the purity of arsenic trioxide in separate zones.
