Abstract:
The present invention relates to a precision processing apparatus using a robot arm, and an operation method therefor and, more specifically, to a precision processing apparatus using a robot arm for quick and precise processing, and an operation method therefor. The present invention provides a precision processing apparatus using a robot arm, the apparatus comprising: a processing part for processing a workpiece; a robot arm part for transferring the processing part to a processing position; and a control part for controlling the positions of the processing part and the robot arm part, wherein the processing part is coupled to an end of the robot arm part to be movable along and rotatable around the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis.
