Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a precoated metallic shaped material having bondability to rubbers which has been imparted thereto by precoating. The precoated metallic shaped material, when stored or transported, exhibits no adhesiveness that adversely affects the storage or transport, but, when bonded to rubbers, shows sufficient bondability to the vulcanized rubbers. The present invention relates to a precoated metallic shaped material which comprises a metallic shaped material, an inorganic/organic composite layer disposed on the metallic shaped material, and a rubber layer disposed in contact with the surface of the inorganic/organic composite layer. The rubber layer comprises a halogenated rubber and a vulcanizing agent for the halogenated rubber.
