Provided are a precoding matrix determination method and apparatus, a user equipment, a base station, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving reception pilot information T from a user equipment (UE) and determining a pilot vector T2 on the basis of the reception pilot information T (101); determining a channel matrix H on the basis of the pilot vector T2 and determining a transformation matrix Hpon the basis of the channel matrix H (102); and determining a precoding matrix W corresponding to the channel matrix H on the basis of the transformation matrix Hp (103). The method provided can ensure the calculation performance of the precoding matrix in order to obtain a better precoding matrix, and is simple and has low complexity.
