Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel precursor compound of abiraterone, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The structure of the compound is shown in formula I. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the compound of formula I, a hydrochloride of the compound of formula I and a preparation method therefor, and uses thereof in the preparation of CYP17 enzyme inhibitor drugs. The compound of the present invention provides improved oral bioavailability and pharmacokinetic properties, and can be used as a human CYP17 enzyme inhibitor to treat urogenital or androgen-related diseases, such as cancer or other androgen-related diseases, comprising prostate cancer, breast cancer, prostatic hypertrophy, etc.
