Abstract:
Provided are a precursor solution, a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method therefor. The solute of the precursor solution comprises a metal halide, and the solvent of the precursor solution is an organic solvent. Nano-bubbles are doped in the precursor solution, and the diameter of the-nano bubbles is not more than 1000 nm. The Zeta potential of the precursor solution does not exceed -20 mV. The preparation method for the precursor solution comprises: (1) preparing an organic solvent containing nano-bubbles; and (2) dissolving a solute in the organic solvent containing nano-bubbles. The precursor solution of the present invention has a very low Zeta potential, and the nano-bubbles can be stably present in the organic solvent for up to 1 month. Compared with a traditional method for preparing a precursor solution for a perovskite cell, the method for preparing a precursor solution of the present invention can effectively improve the stability, repeatability and solubility of a metal halide in an organic solvent.
