Abstract:
Provided is a predicted current increment control method suitable for high-speed zone operation of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method comprises: substituting a relational expression of the stator voltage in a control period into a continuous time-domain current model and solving to obtain a discrete current prediction model and the predicted current at the next moment; subtracting the predicted current at two adjacent moments to obtain a predicted current increment suitable for the high-speed operating zone of the permanent magnet synchronous motor; and constructing a cost function according to a preset reference current increment and the predicted current increment, solving to obtain an optimal voltage increment, and superposing to obtain an optimal stator voltage of a next control period to apply control. Therefore, the current prediction result is more accurate, the current fluctuation of the predicted current controlled in the high-speed operating zone of the motor is reduced, the influence of motor parameter change and inverter dead zone effect on the current tracking performance is small, and the influence of inductance change on the current fluctuation in the actual operation process of the motor is also small.
