Abstract:
The present invention outputs, on the basis of a tissue image obtained by imaging the inside of the blood vessels of a subject and clinical information including the results of a blood test of the subject, prediction information related to the medical prognosis of the subject. A prediction device (100) comprises: an image acquisition unit (11) that acquires a tissue image obtained by imaging tissue inside of the blood vessels of a subject; a clinical information acquisition unit (16) that acquires clinical information including the results of a blood test of the subject; and a prediction unit (13) that inputs, to a prediction model (23) obtained by modeling the correspondence relationship between the prognosis and a combination of the tissue image and the clinical information, input data including the combination of the tissue image and the clinical information, and that outputs prediction information related to a prognosis when the subject has shown symptoms of a cardiovascular event such as acute coronary syndrome.
