Title:
PREDICTION SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFYING KEY HETEROGENEOUS MOLECULES THAT DRIVE TUMOR METASTASIS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/097927
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a prediction system for identifying key heterogeneous molecules that drive tumor metastasis. The system comprises an input module, an analysis module and an output module, wherein the input module is used for inputting a quantitative protein analysis result before intervention and a quantitative protein analysis result after the intervention; the analysis module comprises a primary analysis sub-module, a secondary analysis sub-module, and a calculation and ranking sub-module, which are sequentially connected, and the analysis module ultimately obtains a ranking list of heterogeneous molecules; and the output module is used for outputting the ranking list of the heterogeneous molecules. By means of the present invention, key heterogeneous molecules that drive tumor metastasis can be more rationally and accurately identified, and same are ranked, such that future sequential intervention can be performed according to a result in view of actual situations, and the therapeutic effect is definite; and the research discoveries and evidence provide innovative ideas, specific algorithms and practical guidance for the clinical treatment of drug resistance and metastasis caused by tumor heterogeneity.
