Abstract:
A prefabricated energy pile, a construction method and a heat pump heat-exchange system, which relate to the technical field of pile foundation engineering. The energy pile comprises a pile body (1) and a heat exchange pipeline (2). The pile body (1) comprises a stainless steel pipe (11), a metal lining pipe (12) penetrating the stainless steel pipe (11), and a concrete pipe (13) arranged between the metal lining pipe (12) and the stainless steel pipe (11), wherein a heat conducting member (3) is arranged between the stainless steel pipe (11) and the metal lining pipe (12), and the heat conducting member (3) is simultaneously connected to the stainless steel pipe (11) and the metal lining pipe (12) in a contact manner. The heat exchange pipeline (2) comprises a first pipe section (21) and a second pipe section (22), in which a heat exchange medium sequentially circulates, wherein the first pipe section (21) is in communication with the second pipe section (22), the tops of the first pipe section (21) and the second pipe section (22) both extend upwards out of the energy pile, and the second pipe section (22) is connected to the metal lining pipe (12) in a contact manner. The metal lining pipe (12) and the stainless steel pipe (11) are arranged in a pipe pile so as to conduct underground heat, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the energy pile.
