Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of prestressed anchor rod construction, and discloses a prefabricated prestressed anchor rod construction method, which comprises a core body and a template, wherein the core body comprises a plurality of anchor ribs, slurry and a grouting tube, and the construction steps are as follows: (1) prefabricating the core body: the plurality of anchor ribs and the grouting pipe are relatively fixed by binding, one end of each anchor rib and one end of the grouting pipe are respectively arranged on the template, grouting and vibrating to form the core body; (2) forming a drilling hole, wherein the diameter of the drilling hole is greater than that of the slurry; (3) lowering the core body to the drilling hole until the bottom of the drilling hole; and (4) grouting through the grouting pipe to achieve the anchoring of the anchor rod in the formation layer. The prefabricated forming of the core body effectively ensures the forming quality of the core body, avoiding the poor stability of the anchor rod bearing capacity caused by excessive dispersion of the anchor rod bearing capacity, and improving the overall bearing capacity; in addition, it effectively ensures the sufficient bonding strength of the slurry and the ribs, protects the ribs under the action of the slurry, and improves the corrosion resistance of the ribs.
