Abstract:
Provided is a prefabricated structure carrying jig which achieves an improvement in the efficiency of work for manufacturing a ship cabin and allows a reduction in manufacturing period. This prefabricated structure carrying tool comprises: a frame body (1) which has an opening (2a) into which a prefabricated structure forming a ship cabin is loaded and defines the outer shape of an interior space (2) extending in a longitudinal direction, which is perpendicular to the width direction of the opening (2a); a plurality of rollers (3) which rotate about axes extending in the width direction with the prefabricated structure being placed thereon in the interior space (2) and which are arranged at a plurality of locations spread out in the longitudinal direction on the bottom of the frame body (1); and a hydraulic jack for switching between a rolling mode, in which the rollers (3) are raised so that the prefabricated structure is supported on the rollers (3) so as to be capable of rolling, and a fixing mode, in which the rollers (3) are lowered so that rolling is prohibited.
