Abstract:
Disclosed is a preflex composite beam manufacturing method by which deflections corresponding to deflections under the weights and working loads of a simple beam of a steel structure and an outer span beam and an inner span beam of a continuous beam structure are generated by plastic deformation. To this end, the preflex composite beam manufacturing method comprises: a steel beam connection step of mounting a steel beam on the upper surfaces of a right support and a left support; a plastic deformation step of applying a single load to the middle of the steel beam between the right support and the left support to plastically deform the steel beam in the form of a deflection curve of the working load and the dead load; a turn-over step of turning over the steel beam that has undergone the plastic deformation step and placing the upwardly bulging steel beam on the right support and the left support; a concrete installation step of applying two design loads on the turned-over steel beam resting on the right support and the left support to keep the steel beam level, and pouring and curing casing concrete on the steel beam; and a compressive stress introduction step of removing the design loads being applied to the steel beam that has undergone the concrete installation step, and introducing compressive stress to the casing concrete. According to the present invention, a single load is applied in the middle between the right support and the left support supporting the steel beam, and thus workability and efficiency are enhanced, and the manufacturing cost of the preflex composite beam due to plastic deformation is significantly reduced.
