Abstract:
A preheated die-casting mold for a motor housing comprises a lower mold frame (1) and an upper mold frame (2). A lower mold core (11) is provided in a downward direction from a top portion of the lower mold frame (1). An upper mold core (21) is correspondingly provided in a downward direction from a bottom portion of the upper mold frame (2). A recess (12) is provided on a side surface of the lower mold frame (1). A lubrication mechanism is connected to the inside of the recess (12). The lubrication mechanism comprises a housing (3) connected to the recess (12), and extending outward from an outer side surface of the lower mold frame (1) via the recess (12). A lubricant container (31) is provided at one end of the housing (3). A cylinder (32) is provided on one side of the lubricant container (31). An oil injector (34) connected to the lubricant container (31) is provided on one side of the cylinder (32). An upper accommodation cavity (7) is provided in the upper mold core (21) and is adjacent to a bottom surface of the upper mold core (21). A bottom surface of the upper accommodation cavity (7) is configured according to the structure of the bottom surface structure of the upper mold core (21). An upper heater (71) is provided in the upper accommodation cavity (7). An upper through slot (72) is provided on one side of the upper accommodation cavity (7). The upper heater (71) is provided with an upper cable (73) extending out of the upper mold core (21) via the upper through slot (72). A first temperature monitor (74) is provided inside the upper accommodation cavity (7).
