Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preloading apparatus for a large steel pipe strut for facilitating the installation and disassembly of a large steel pipe strut by using a mechanical screw jack and a hydraulic cylinder. The preloading apparatus comprises: a plate-shaped bottom plate; a hydraulic cylinder detachably mounted on the bottom plate; and a top plate, arranged on top of the hydraulic cylinder and the screw jack, which can deliver a load to the large steel pipe strut, wherein the screw jack comprises: a housing, coupled to the bottom plate, having a cylindrical shape with a hollow space; a screw shaft, inserted into the housing, of which one end is coupled to the top plate, and which has a thread formed on the surface thereof; and a nut coupled to the screw shaft.
