Abstract:
Provided are preparation and application methods for an ion blocking and controlling adsorbent. A selective oxidation is performed by adjusting pH, to achieve the purpose of only oxidizing divalent iron into trivalent iron, and the iron is separated after a hydrothermal reaction is performed. A biomass is used as a raw material for preparing a highly selective adsorbent having a regular multilevel structure in the interior, which adsorbent can be used for deep purification of impurities such as iron, aluminum and vanadium in a chromium solution. A chromium oxide crystal can be obtained by deeply purifying a chromium solution, then adjusting pH, adding an appropriate hydrated agent, performing a hydrothermal precipitation treatment of chromium, filtrating, washing with an acidic lotion, and calcinating.
