Abstract:
A preparation method for a nanostructured lipid carrier based on medium- and long-chain diglyceride embedded litsea cubeba essential oil and an application thereof in fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping. The preparation method comprises the following steps: using litsea cubeba essential oil, vegetable oil and medium- and long-chain diglyceride in a molten state as an oil phase; and then mixing an aqueous phase into the oil phase, carrying out high-speed shearing homogenization, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and stirring and cooling in an ice bath to obtain the nanostructured lipid carrier based on medium- and long-chain diglyceride embedded litsea cubeba essential oil. The litsea cubeba essential oil embedded nanostructured lipid carrier has the advantages of small particle size, high encapsulation efficiency and good stability, and the problems that litsea cubeba essential oil is difficult to dissolve in water due to the oiliness thereof and is relatively difficult to utilize due to high volatility thereof are solved, so that efficient embedding and delayed release of litsea cubeba essential oil are realized, the broad-spectrum antibacterial property and the oxidation resistance of the litsea cubeba essential oil are fully exerted, the blueberry decay can be effectively inhibited, the shelf life of blueberries is prolonged, and the economic value is improved.
