Abstract:
The present invention provides preparation of a chimeric antigen receptor immune cell constructed based on an MSLN precursor protein and use thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) modified based on an MSLN precursor protein. The CAR has an extracellular binding domain, the extracellular binding domain being capable of specifically targeting an MSLN binding protein including MUC16. The CAR immune cell of the present invention has high specificity and highly efficient killing capability, and is high in safety.
