Abstract:
A preparation method for a compound VI, the compound VI having a fluorotertiary carbon chiral center and an azaquaternary carbon chiral center, making the compound difficult to synthesize. The preparation method provided by the present application not only has simple operation, mild reaction conditions and a short reaction time, but also has high yield and high chiral purity. The obtained compound VI has relatively high quality.
