Abstract:

The present invention provides a novel preparation method of a 3-[5-(2-Fluorophenyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl]benzoic acid as a drug for preventing muscular dystrophy and an intermediate compound. The preparation method has a reasonable production line design, addresses problems of a high preparation cost, being eco-unfriendly, a low yield rate, and low purity in a conventional preparation method, and has advantages of using a cheap and easily accessible raw material, a good production yield rate, high purity, a low cost, and being environmentally friendly and suitable for commercialization.
