Abstract:

A preparation method for an aircraft cargo hold floor, and an aircraft cargo hold floor. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: separately preparing phenolic resin upper panel layers (4), phenolic resin lower panel layers (1), epoxy composite adhesive films (2), and a phenolic foam filled foamed honeycomb core (3); and in a mold, sequentially stacking the phenolic resin lower panel layers (1), the epoxy composite adhesive film (2), the phenolic foam filled foamed honeycomb core (3), the epoxy composite adhesive film (2), and the phenolic resin upper panel layers (4) from bottom to top, and heating and curing to obtain an aircraft cargo hold floor having a sandwich structure. The design of the preparation method for an aircraft cargo hold floor solves the technical problem in the prior art that heat and sound insulation cotton at the bottom of a cargo hold is prone to absorbing moisture and absorbing and accumulating dirt, not only resulting in that the drainage function of drainage holes at the bottom is affected and the weight of an aircraft is increased, but also resulting in that the bottom of the aircraft is prone to being corroded and the structural safety of the aircraft is affected.
