Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for an annealing separating agent, an annealing separating agent, and a directional electromagnetic steel plate. The annealing separating agent obtained with the method is high in purity, excellent in dispersibility and adhesion strength, and capable of forming a uniform and dense forsterite layer on the surface of the directional electromagnetic steel plate. The preparation method for an annealing separating agent comprises: process step (1): mixing and reacting magnesium oxide and an ammonium salt solution to prepare a magnesium salt solution and ammonia, and then reacting the refined magnesium salt solution with ammonia to obtain magnesium hydroxide; process step (2): curing a part of the resulting magnesium hydroxide at a high temperature of 155-230°C, and curing the other part of the resulting magnesium hydroxide at a low temperature of 10-100°C; and process step (3): mixing and sintering the magnesium hydroxide cured under said conditions to obtain magnesium oxide for the annealing separating agent.
