Abstract:
A preparation method for an anti-fouling silicon carbide ceramic membrane and a use thereof, relating to the technical field of inorganic membranes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment of a carrier: selecting a silicon carbide ceramic sheet or a silicon carbide ceramic tube as a carrier, performing ultrasonic oscillation treatment on the carrier by means of absolute ethanol, cleaning the carrier by deionized water until the carrier is neutral, and drying same; S2, preparation of a silicon carbide ceramic sheet or a silicon carbide ceramic tube having a catalyst supported thereon: coating the pretreated carrier with a Ni(NO3)2 solution by using an impregnation coating method, drying same, and then calcining same to obtain a silicon carbide ceramic sheet or a silicon carbide ceramic tube having a nickel oxide catalyst supported thereon; and S3, gas introduction for reaction: putting the silicon carbide ceramic sheet or the silicon carbide ceramic tube obtained in S2 into a quartz reaction tube, introducing nitrogen and hydrogen, then introducing a trichloromethylsilane liquid under a carrier gas condition for a deposition reaction, to obtain an anti-fouling silicon carbide ceramic membrane after the reaction is completed.
