Abstract:
A preparation method for an RGO/Al-based composite material, comprising the following steps: adding GO into absolute ethanol, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a mixed solution, adding an aluminum alloy powder, encapsulating the mixture in a stainless steel ball milling tank, performing ball milling for 11-13 h under the protection of an argon gas, then pouring resultant ball-milled slurry into a beaker and transferring the beaker into a vacuum drying oven, and drying the slurry at 85-95°C for 14-16 h to obtain a GO/aluminum alloy mixed powder; reducing the dried mixed powder in an Ar gas mixture having an H2 content of 5%; loading the reduced composite powder into a high-speed steel mold, using a tablet press to load a pressure to prepare a mixed powder compact, placing the compact in a tube furnace to perform initial firing in a vacuum state, then using the tablet press to re-press the initially fired sample, and finally refiring the re-pressed sample in a tube furnace in a vacuum, and cooling the sample to give the product.
