Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of self-repairing of materials. Disclosed is a preparation method for a calcium salt-based magnesium alloy surface corrosion-resistant self-repairing coating, capable of solving the problem in the prior art of a magnesium alloy surface coating being invalid and having poor self-repairing capability under a corrosion condition. The self-repairing coating is made of two parts and comprises an oxidation layer growing on the surface of a magnesium alloy substrate and a self-repairing layer depositing on the surface of the oxidation layer. A substrate layer is formed by performing micro-arc oxidation in an electrolyte, and the self-repairing layer is prepared by adding a corrosion inhibitor in a calcium salt solution under an acidic condition and performing deposition. The self-repairing coating prepared by the present invention has the advantages such as broad raw material sources, low costs and low processing difficulty, preparation and repeating are easy, a new protective capability can be formed in time when the coating is corroded and damaged, and accordingly, the technical problem of a conventional coating being low in protective performance under a corrosion environment is effectively solved.
