Abstract:
A preparation method for a coating with controllable crosslinking degree, mainly comprising the following steps: first, placing a base material in a reaction cavity of a plasma chamber, continuously vacuumizing the reaction cavity till the vacuum degree in the reaction cavity is 10-200 millitorrs, and inflating the reaction cavity with inert gases or nitrogen to provide a stable plasma environment; then, inflating the reaction cavity with monomer steam, and starting plasma discharge to conduct chemical vapor deposition, the monomer steam being a mixture of at least one mono-functionality unsaturated fluorocarbon resin and at least one polyfunctionality unsaturated hydrocarbon derivative, the polyfunctionality unsaturated hydrocarbon derivative occupying 10-80% of the mixture in mass percentage, or at least one polyfunctionality unsaturated hydrocarbon derivative and a mixture of at least one polyfunctionality unsaturated hydrocarbon derivative; finally, finishing discharge, turning off a plasma power source, stopping inflating the monomer steam, continuously vacuumizing, and after the vacuum degree of the reaction cavity is kept at 10-200 millitorrs for 1-5 min, inflating the atmosphere one atmospheric pressure, and then taking out the base material.
