Abstract:
A preparation method for DL-lysine, comprising the following steps: stirring L-lysine hydrochloride, acetic acid and water and increasing the temperature to 70-80°C, keeping the temperature and stirring for 1-6 hours, carrying out filtering to obtain the solid, and rinsing and drying the solid for obtaining DL-lysine hydrochloride; solving the DL-lysine hydrochloride into water and adjusting the pH value to 5.0 for obtaining an upper column solution; adding the upper column solution into a cation exchange column, eluting using water until the effluent does not contain chloridion, then eluting using liquid caustic soda, and collecting the effluent in liquid caustic soda eluting; performing decompression vacuum distillation on the collected effluent in liquid caustic soda eluting at a temperature of 55-60°C; enabling the effluent to stand in an oxygen-free environment until the crystal is totally crystallized; and drying the crystal for obtaining DL-lysine. The preparation method for DL-lysine has advantages of a simple processing process, convenient industrial operation, short reaction time, and great improvement of yield and quality of a DL-lysine product, and has relatively high market competitiveness.
