Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of drug synthesis, and relates to a preparation method for dopamine hydrochloride. Specifically, the preparation method for dopamine hydrochloride of the present invention comprises the following steps: dissolving norepinephrine substances (norepinephrine ketone or norepinephrine) or hydrochloride thereof in a solvent, then adding a catalyst and optionally hydrochloric acid, and performing catalytic hydrogenation reaction to obtain dopamine hydrochloride. The method is simple in process and high in operability, raw materials are cheap and readily available, product purity and yield are high, and the method is less in pollution emission, environment-friendly, and suitable for industrial production.
