Abstract:
Provided are a ginseng composition having high utilization of ginsenoside, and a preparation method and an application of the composition. The composition is composed of ginseng powder of 250 meshes or more and β-cyclodextrine, and the mass ratio of the ginseng powder to the β-cyclodextrine is 1:0.05. The present invention further provides a method for extracting ginsenoside from ginseng. By adding the β-cyclodextrine, the aggregation of ginseng powder of 1000 meshes subjected to superfine grinding can be effectively inhibited, and the total dissolution amount of ginsenoside is remarkably increased.
