Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedical materials, especially to a preparation method for a graft-modified xanthan gum nano-sized microgel: firstly preparing N,N-bis(acryloyl)cystamine, and then carrying out graft polymerization and crosslinking reactions on xanthan gum with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and N,N-bis(acryloyl)cystamine, preparing and obtaining a graft-modified xanthan gum polymer, and forming a polymer nano-sized microgel in an aqueous solution. The graft polymerization of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid onto xanthan gum can increase the drug-loading capability of the xanthan gum nano-sized microgel. The reductive sensitivity of the nano-sized microgel is imparted by the introduction of a disulfide bond. The nano-sized microgel of the present invention has a good biocompatibility and is degradable in vivo, and is anticipated to be used as an anti-cancer drug carrier and to be used in a controlled-release manner.
