Abstract:
A preparation method for a guide wheel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting a blank (102) with a punched hole (101) to ring rolling machining, so as to obtain a rim (1) blank, wherein the temperature of the rim blank is 850-900ºC after ring rolling machining; and subjecting the rim blank to integral quenching, and controlling the temperature of the rim blank to be 60-100ºC after the integral quenching is finished. A guide wheel prepared by using the method. In the method, a rim is integrally quenched without quenching of different parts multiple times, the outer circle of the rim integrally obtains a high-hardness and high-wear-resistance martensitic structure, the depth of a hardened layer obtained via the method is deeper than that obtained via an existing induction quenching process, and the wear resistance of the product is better.
