Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a preparation method for a high-barrier degradable environmentally friendly packaging material, and a packaging material and a packaging item. The preparation method comprises: transferring and bonding a prefabricated high-barrier layer, which is composed of an easily peelable aqueous substrate layer, a plating film layer and an aqueous pore-filling coating, onto a paper layer so as to prepare a plastic-free high-barrier degradable environmentally friendly packaging material. A multi-film prefabricated high-barrier layer composed of multiple layers including a second plating film layer, a second aqueous pore-filling coating layer, etc., has ultrahigh barrier properties. In the present application, the energy consumption of a vacuum pump can be reduced by 68% or more, and the high-barrier degradable environmentally friendly packaging material that is prepared and the packaging item thereof are degradable and pollution-free, and have ultrahigh barrier properties.
