Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a high-strength and high-toughness thin 7-series aluminum alloy strip, the method comprising: performing mechanical stitching, threading, pre-cleaning, a solid solution treatment, quenching and a pre-stretching treatment on a 7-series aluminum alloy strip, which is cold-rolled to a thickness of 0.10-0.50 mm, in an air-cushion-type continuous annealing furnace; and then performing box-type artificial aging annealing to obtain the high-strength and high-toughness thin 7-series aluminum alloy strip. The obtained finished thin aluminum alloy strip product has a thickness of 0.15-0.50 mm, a tensile strength ≥ 510 MPa, a yield strength ≥ 430 MPa, and a percentage elongation after fracture ≥ 15%, and can be widely used in backlight plates and structural parts of computers, mobile phones and display screens.
