Abstract:
A preparation method for highly- orientated transparent thin film of double layered hydroxides is disclosed, it belongs to the technique field of double layered hydroxides. Laminar-structured nanoparticles of LDHs which have evenly distributed particle size are obtained by nucleation/crystallization separation procedure, using the said laminar-structured nanoparticles of LDHs , a highly orientated and continuously transparent thin film of LDHs can be prepared by solvent evaporation in which the solvent is directly vaporized. Multi-functional LDHs films can be produced by regulating the species and/ or constitution of metal elements as matrix and intercalated anions as host. The present invention has the following advantages: the obtained highly- orientated transparent thin film of LDHs can overcome the limitation of the LDHs powder material in practice use ,thus it can be used in photoelectrical catalysts, separation ,sensor and so on;and the device used is simple and easy to operate.
