Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for an iron-based amorphous-state soft magnet powder core, the method comprising the following steps: preparing an amorphous alloy powder; sieving the amorphous alloy powder prepared in step (1) to obtain an amorphous alloy powder with a target particle size; sequentially performing passivation and insulation covering treatments on the amorphous alloy powder sieved in step (2) by respectively using a passivator and a binder; pressing the amorphous alloy powder processed in step (3) by using a cold-pressing method to form a magnet powder core; and performing a longitudinal magnetic field thermal treatment on the magnet powder core pressed in step (4). The magnetic field thermal treatment is a longitudinal magnetic field thermal treatment, and the device construction is also simple and practical. By performing magnetic field thermal treatment on a magnet powder, not only can the inner stress of the magnet powder in the preparation process be effectively eliminated, the soft magnet performance of the amorphous magnet powder core can be further improved.
